Hello, and welcome to my sanctuary of balance and wellness. I’m Sean Lim, a certified yoga instructor and a passionate advocate for healthy living.
About my Yoga Journey
My journey with yoga began at the tender age of 7, a time when most children were immersed in bedtime stories. However, in our home, a different tradition developed. My mother, a gentle soul of wisdom and love, introduced me and my siblings to the world of transformative yoga practices. Instead of bedtime stories, our nights were filled with gentle stretches, calming breaths and moments of mindful movement accompanied by silly laughter, all guided by a small, treasured yoga book on the bedside table.
What began as a bedtime ritual became the starting point of my lifelong exploration of yoga, my true affinity for yoga blossomed into a personal journey. In my classes, I invite you to embark on your own exploration, understanding that each person’s journey is unique. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, you are welcome in a space that is respectful and supportive.
