Welcome to AraYoga

Hello, and welcome to my sanctuary of balance and wellness. I’m Sean Lim, a certified yoga instructor and a passionate advocate for healthy living.

About my Yoga Journey

My introduction to yoga began at an early age. Evenings at home often included simple stretches and breathing exercises guided by my mother. What began for me as a family routine gradually developed into a deeper personal practice.

Over time, that early exposure evolved into formal study and consistent training. Yoga grew into more than a ritual – it became a structured framework for building strength, mobility and balance in a sustainable way.

Today, classes combine traditional Hatha foundations with dynamic Flow and modern conditioning methods. Elements such as interval training and light resistance work are integrated where appropriate, always with careful attention to alignment, breath and control. The aim is simple: to support long-term physical health through intelligent, balanced movement.

Sessions are designed to be adaptable and progressive. Beginners can build a strong foundation, while those already active in the gym or Pilates can improve flexibility, coordination and recovery.
Yoga here is not about extremes. It is about consistency, awareness and learning to move well.
