About the classes

The yoga classes are taught in English, so that you can practice while doing yoga.
In any case, if you don’t understand something, a basic translation into Spanish is always possible.

Class types

Hatha

This is a slow-paced class of 75 minutes that teaches fundamental yoga skills. It focuses on static postures and holding them for longer. With a focus on developing mindfulness in each asana as well as breathing. Suitable for all levels.

Flow

Offers a dynamic and creative vinyasa practice of 75 minutes that aims to consciously link your breath with movement while paying equal attention to alignment and transitions. Suitable for all levels.

Flow+

A hybrid class of 75 minutes that combines vinyasa practice and high intensity interval training (HIIT). It offers a vinyasa flow class that is infused with cardiovascular movements with the aim of increasing your heart rate. The ‘+’ sign denotes a more vigorous session.

Teen Yoga Fusion

This 60 minutes dynamic class combines traditional yoga poses, mindful breathing and fun, modern elements to keep teens engaged and motivated. Improves flexibility, strength, and focus while connecting with peers in a supportive and inclusive environment.
